Lumley is the son of Virginia Jenkins of Port Lavaca and Jim Lumley of Victoria. Lumley is a 2008 graduate of Bloomington High School. Army Pvt. Mikeal L. Jury selection starts Monday in the trial of a woman accused of blackmailing two young relatives with pornographic pictures. Joyce Marie Smith, 63, is charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography. She kept pictures of the girl and boy’s genitals and other body parts, according to the indictment. more >>
